洲本農園は淡路島・洲本市より地元良品にこだわり、淡路島の自然や風土の恵みをグッと詰め込んだ野菜たちを”食の宝庫淡路”より皆様の食卓へお届けします。
Sumoto Farm stick to our good local products and deliver our vegetables packed with the blessings of nature and climate from “treasure chest of food Awaji” to your table.

長く高品質の玉葱を生産するために、土づくりや肥料の施用にあたって適正な養分量と養分間のバランス調整を行い、野菜の栽培に取り組んでおります。当農園の主力作物は淡路玉ねぎです。その淡路玉ねぎをベースにさらに磨きをかけ、味や香りにこだわったのが
オリジナルブランド玉ねぎ”洲錦”（しまにしき）です。
To product and keep high-quality onions, we have spent over the years to make appropriate nutrient content and balance adjustment for soil preparation and fertilizer application. Awaji onion is our main crop.
“SHIMANISHIKI” is our original brand of onions based on the Awaji onion and further improved on taste and flavor. 

辛味・旨味・甘味を、絶妙なバランスで三味一体の奥深い味わいに作り上げることができました。サラダはもちろんオニオンスープや天ぷら・ピッツァにまで、幅広く美味しさを味わっていただけます。ぜひ『淡路の美味い！』をご賞味ください。
We built up deep and tasty onions by keeping three well-balanced flavors which are strong, umami and sweetness. You can try our onions with salad or onion soup or tempura or pizza!  We are sure you can enjoy our special onion, “SHIMANISHIKI”.

洲本農園は淡路島・洲本市で屋号を掲げてからまだ10年ほどの若い農家です。
しかしその起源は古く約60年前、祖父（前野福雄）の代から始まっています。

We, Sumoto Farm, are young farmer. It has been 10 years since our trade name was raised.
But our origin is 60 years ago, have started with my grandfather’s generation (Fukuo Maeno).
